Learn how you can integrate Truv into LiteSpeed to cost effectively gather verification of employment & income data for your borrowers.
LiteSpeed now offers end to end integration with automated employment and income technology provider Truv. Through the integration, you can now access Truv’s consumer-permissioned data platform through your LiteSpeed account to obtain direct-to-source income and employment verification for mortgage applicants.
To get started, contact your LenderLogix Customer Success Manager to let them know that you would like to enable the Truv LiteSpeed integration on your account. The first step in this process will be collaborating to securely retrieve your Truv account's API Client ID and Production (or Sandbox) Secret value.
Once your LiteSpeed account has the Truv API credentials assigned you are now ready to configure the Truv Templates that you'd like to use on your LiteSpeed account.
It's very important to note that LiteSpeed is flexible and supports configuration at the branch level so each branch using LiteSpeed can use unique Truv templates to make it easier for borrowers to find their employer.
Login to your Truv account and locate the Template you would like to use with LiteSpeed and copy the Template ID value.
Now, login to your LenderLogix account and visit the Advanced LiteSpeed Settings page and paste the Truv Template ID into the appropriate Template ID field.
Save your settings on the Advanced LiteSpeed Settings page and your Truv integration is now configured for your LiteSpeed account.
Now, when a new LiteSpeed application is received, your applicants will see tasks on their unique Needs List to verify their employment.
Once the borrower or co-borrower completes the Truv verification, the loan officer (and any parties they have configured to be notified when a document is uploaded into LiteSpeed) will be sent a text message and an email to let them know the verification has been completed and the documents from Truv can be found in the eFolder on the loan.
