      Do I get notified when a Borrower uploads documents?

      How does a loan officer know when a borrower has uploaded documents?

      Yes, the loan officer is notified via email and text message when a Borrower uploads documents. Each user can login to their LenderLogix account to control how frequently they receive notifications. These can be set to: Every Document, Once Every Hour, or Once Every 12 Hours.
      In addition, you can choose to copy others from your team on these notifications. You can pick a specific email address or a User Role to receive the notifications.
