📝 Can a borrower or Realtor ever exceed the limit on a down payment?

The borrower and Realtor cannot enter a number less than the Max LTV you set in QuickQual.

Don't worry - borrowers and Real Estate Agents cannot exceed the limit on a down payment. Because you (the Loan Officer) set the Max LTV before issuing the QuickQual, they must stay within your parameters when running different scenarios.
