I use Encompass®. Where do the receipts go and can we change the location?

When fees are paid using Fee Chaser and the lender is using Encompass® as their LOS, the payment receipt is uploaded to the eFolder.

Payment receipts are uploaded to the eFolder and attached to a document placeholder when present and specified. They will go to the unassigned files section if the location is not specified.
