The LiteSpeed application utilizes secure encryption protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of documents being uploaded as part of the Needs List. These encrypted documents are transmitted securely to the Encompass® eFolder, which employs robust authentication mechanisms and access controls to safeguard the stored documents from unauthorized access.
Once uploaded, LiteSpeed only displays the file name and upload timestamp to the user, providing an additional layer of privacy and limiting access to these sensitive documents.
