      What happens when a borrower replies to a message?

      If a message is replied to, the borrower will receive the following message: "This is an unmonitored number. To stop receiving text messages from this number please reply STOP."

      The borrower is informed that the number is unmonitored, so they know not to expect a direct response to their inquiry or comment.
