QuickQual supports Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Officer, and Manager user roles.
We understand that teams require different access to their software based on user roles. These are the roles available within QuickQual.
Loan Officer Assistants
This role is ideal for non-producing Loan Partners. This license allows assistants to manage and issue QuickQuals on behalf of all Loan Officers associated with their branch. It also includes access to the Realtor Account Maintenance dashboard.
Loan Officers
This role is ideal for active originators. This license allows the originator to manage and issue QuickQuals in their own name. It also includes access to Personal Reporting dashboards and the Realtor Account Maintenance dashboard.
Managers
This role is ideal for single users, small team leads, and Branch Managers. This license allows managers to see, manage and issue QuickQuals both in their own name and for the organization at large. It also includes access to create QuickQuals for training and adding/removing QuickQual user accounts. Access to Branch Reporting dashboards and the Realtor Account Maintenance dashboard is also available.
All user roles get access to Digital Business Cards branded to their bank, customized 1:1 or group training sessions, and ongoing education and support.
