View Borrower Documents In Your LenderLogix Portal

Easily access borrower-uploaded documents directly from your LenderLogix portal — no need to log into Encompass!

Step 1: Enable Multi-Factor Authentication

Before you can view borrower documents, multi-factor authentication (MFA) must be enabled on your account.

  1. Navigate to your profile via the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Check if MFA is already enabled (you’ll see a confirmation).

  3. If not enabled, you’ll see an option to activate MFA right in your profile settings.

 Step 2: Open the Borrower’s Application

Once MFA is enabled:

  1. Go to a LiteSpeed application in your LenderLogix portal.

  2. Locate and select the loan file you’re interested in.

 Step 3: Access Borrower Documents

Inside the loan application:

  1. On the right-hand side, find the Attachments section.

  2. Here, you’ll see all documents uploaded by the borrower.

  3. Simply click a document to view it — directly within LenderLogix!

 No need to switch to Encompass to access borrower uploaded docs.
