Step 1: Access Your Email Templates

Go to your Profile section at the bottom of your account’s left-hand navigation.

Click Email Templates at the top of the screen.

You’ll see the prefilled default message in the text box.
Step 2: Customize Your Message

Edit the text directly in the box to add your own greeting, instructions, or personal touches.

Character limit: Stay under 1200 characters to ensure it sends properly.
Step 3: Use Dynamic Fields
To personalize the email automatically:

Use dynamic fields provided below the editor.

For example, copy and paste it wherever you want the borrower’s name to appear.

The system will replace this field with their actual name in each email.
Step 4: Add a QuickQual Video Link
Give borrowers extra guidance:

Copy your QuickQual video link (stop just before the dash and explanation in the URL).

Paste it into your email template with a label like:
“Watch: How to Use Your QuickQual Calculator” -
This helps borrowers understand and use their QuickQual confidently.
Step 5: Save Your Template

When you’re done, click Save to store your changes.

Need to start over? You can reload the original default email anytime with one click.
