Generating the Third-Party Upload Link

Creating a secure portal for your partners takes just one click:

  1. Open the LiteSpeed Needs List form for the specific loan.

  2. Locate the Copy Third-Party Upload Link button at the top of the form.

  3. Click the button to copy the unique URL to your clipboard.

  4. Paste the link into an email, text, or any other communication method to share it with the third-party partner.

What the Third Party Sees

To maintain borrower privacy, third parties are granted a limited view of the loan file. They will see:

  • Loan Status: A high-level view of where the application stands.

  • Loan Information: Confirmation of the borrowers' names and the subject property address.

  • Loan Team: Contact information for the loan officer and team members.

Importantly, third parties cannot see the full "Needs List," ensuring that personal borrower information remains confidential.

How Documents are Handled

Once the third party clicks the link, they can easily drag and drop or select files to upload.

  • Automatic Routing: Uploaded files go directly into the Encompass e-folder associated with that specific loan.

  • No Manual Sorting: Partners don't need to select specific document "buckets."

  • AI Integration: If your system has the AI renaming convention enabled, these documents will be automatically identified and renamed for consistency, just like borrower-uploaded files.

By using the Third-Party Upload Link, you can accelerate the collection of necessary documents while maintaining the highest standards of security and organization.
