How to Re-Issue eConsent from Encompass
If a borrower did not complete their original eConsent request or needs a new invitation sent, Encompass allows users to quickly re-issue the request directly from the loan file. Re-issuing eConsent helps keep the loan process moving without creating duplicate requests or restarting the workflow
When to Re-Issue eConsent
You may need to re-issue eConsent when:
- The borrower did not receive the original email
- The original link expired
- The borrower accidentally deleted the email
- The borrower did not complete the consent process
- The borrower phone number changed after the original eConsent was captured
