LiteSpeed now provides a comprehensive integration with AccountChek, an automated provider of asset, employment, and income verification technology. By utilizing Encompass Partner Connect, this integration allows you to seamlessly access AccountChek's features within LiteSpeed, enabling you to efficiently gather asset, income, and employment information for your mortgage applicants.
To get started, contact your LenderLogix Customer Success Manager to let them know that you would like to enable the AccountChek LiteSpeed integration on your account. The first step in this process will be collaborating to configure your AccountChek Partner Connect Integration in Encompass.
After configuring your AccountChek EPC service, your LiteSpeed account will be set up to leverage the AccountChek functionality. You can log into your LenderLogix account to select support for Verification of Assets (VOA) and/or Verification of Income and Employment (VOIE) within LiteSpeed. Additionally, you have the option to choose between automatic or manual ordering for each loan.
It's very important to note that LiteSpeed is flexible and supports configuration at the branch level so each branch using LiteSpeed can use AccountChek according to their unique needs.
Once borrowers finalize their AccountChek orders listed in their LiteSpeed Needs List, the collected information will automatically populate the eFolder on the loan file in Encompass, eliminating the need for any further manual input.
