Control Who Can Create Letters in QuickQual

Our newest QuickQual feature allows Loan Officers to choose who can create letters by role. This includes only allowing Realtors to generate pre-approval/pre-qualification letters.

Previously, Loan Officers were only able to turn letter creation on or off.  You can now manage which roles can create letters in the last section of Step 3.

Options include:

• Allow both borrower and agent to create letters (recommended)
• Only allow the agent to create letters
• Only allow the borrower to create letters
• Do not allow letters to be created
