Introducing QuickQual to your borrowers is an essential part of your process. This guide provides strategies and tips for effectively communicating the benefits and usage of QuickQual through your LenderLogix account email function. 

We will provide you with an email template to copy & paste at the end of this guide!

Email Template Customization

  1. Accessing the Email Template

    • Log into your LenderLogix account and navigate to the profile section.
    • Locate the Email Template tab to find your QuickQual email template.
        • This is the email that your borrowers receive when you share their QuickQual via email.
  2. Customizing the Email Template

    • The dynamic sections will auto-fill borrower/QuickQual details such as the borrower's name and the correct term (pre-qual or pre-approval).
    • Customize the remaining message to introduce the mortgage calculator tool.
      • Remember to inform borrowers that the provided link and PIN will give them access to the calculator.
  3. Setting Parameters

    • Let borrowers know that you have set parameters on the calculator:
      • Maximum monthly payment
      • Maximum available funds to close
    • Mention these limits specifically to make the tool's functionality clear but keep in mind that you will have to edit each email to reflect the borrower's corresponding parameters upon your initial send.
  4. Encouraging Usage

    • Invite borrowers to use the calculator and explore different scenarios.
    • Inform them they can update details like purchase price, down payment, and property taxes to see accurate estimates.
  5. Providing Support

    • Offer your availability for any questions they might have while using the calculator.
    • Encourage borrowers to reach out if they hit the set limits to discuss potential adjustments.
