      How to Introduce QuickQual to Agents

      This guide provides you with step-by-step instructions on how to introduce QuickQual to real estate agents and referral partners. QuickQual helps agents enhance their services, stand out in the market, and improve their clients' experience.

      Step 1: Leverage Your Digital Business Card

      • Access the "For Real Estate Agents" Button:

        • Open your digital business card.

        • Scroll down to the bottom and click the "For Real Estate Agents" button.

      • Share the QuickQual Introduction Video:

        • The "For Real Estate Agents" section contains a video explaining how QuickQual benefits agents and their borrowers.

        • Share your digital business card with agents and encourage them to watch this video for an overview of the tool.

      Step 2: Provide a Test QuickQual Account

      • Set Up a Test Account:

        • Navigate to the "Realtor Accounts" section in your QuickQual dashboard.

        • Click the "Invite Realtor" button.

        • Enter the agent’s name and email address and send the invitation.

      • Explain the Process to Agents:

        • Inform agents that they will receive an email to create their free QuickQual account.

        • Encourage them to set a memorable password, as they will use it to access all future deals.

      Step 3: Explaining the Agent Experience

      • Agent Account Setup:

        • Upon receiving the invitation, the agent will:

          • Enter their email address.

          • Provide contact information and a phone number.

          • Create a password.

        • Agents will then access their dashboard, which displays all their QuickQual deals.

      • Dashboard Features:

        • Agents can:

          • View all pre-qualification tiles in one place.

          • Access the platform via mobile, tablet, or desktop.

          • Click into a specific pre-qualification to see borrower details and tools.

      Step 4: Host an Event or Meeting

      • Prepare Sample QuickQual Accounts:

        • Before the event, send invitations with the instructions above to all attending agents so they can create their accounts in advance.

      • Demonstrate QuickQual Features:

        • Walk agents through the QuickQual calculator.

        • Show them how to update values and issue pre-qualification letters.

        • Highlight safeguards, such as thresholds that prevent exceeding pre-set limits.
