How to Access Your Needs List

Find My Loan is a self-service tool that allows borrowers to locate their active loan and access their Needs List dashboard without directly contacting their loan officer.

The Borrower Journey:

Getting your hands on your active checklist takes less than two minutes. The process relies on secure two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your financial data.

1.Visit the Find My Loan Page:

Navigate to the Find My Loan landing page on our portal and enter the primary mobile or home phone number associated with your loan application.

2.Choose Your Verification Method:

Select how you would like to receive your security code. You can choose to receive a 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) via a text message (SMS) or a voice phone call.

3.Verify Your Identity:

Enter the 6-digit passcode into the screen's verification box. This confirms you own the device and phone number linked to the account.

4.System Check & Delivery:

Once verified, our system instantly scans for an active loan matching your phone number.

What Happens Next?

Depending on what our system finds , one of two paths will occur:

Scenario A: You Have a Single Active Loan

If the system finds exactly one active loan matching your verified phone number, it automates the delivery. Your unique, secure Needs List link will be instantly emailed to the email address we have on file.

Scenario B: You Have Multiple Active Loans

Sometimes, a borrower might have multiple loans in progress at the same time (for example, buying a new property while refinancing another).

To ensure you don’t receive the wrong checklist, the system handles this safely:

  1. The automated email to the borrower is paused.
  2. An alert is sent directly to your Loan Officer (LO).
  3. The LO receives a detailed breakdown of all active loans tied to your number, alongside the unique Needs List links for each one.
  4. Your Loan Officer will review the files and personally email you the correct link(s) to ensure there is zero confusion.
