Step 1: Receiving a Notification
When a disclosure package requires your attention, you’ll receive a notification via email or directly from Encompass. This could also come from your processor notifying you about documents needing your signature.
Step 2: Accessing the LiteSpeed Application

Log into LenderLogix:

Open your LenderLogix account and navigate to the main menu.

Open LiteSpeed Applications:

Click on the LiteSpeed Applications option at the top of the menu.

Locate the File:

Identify the file in question from your list and select the Application Details option.

- Click the E-Sign Documents button
- Click the E-Sign Documents button
eSigning Documents

Copy Encompass Instance ID:

LiteSpeed automatically pulls your Encompass Instance ID. This eliminates the need to know or locate it manually.

Paste the Instance ID:

After selecting Head over now! Paste the ID into the required field if it isn’t already filled.

Login Prompt:
Complete your login to access the document signing interface.
Signing the Documents

Sign Required Documents:

After logging in, you’ll be prompted to sign documents. Follow the steps in the integrated DocuSign process.
