Simplified eDisclosure Process While Keeping Everything Inside Encompass

When it comes to delivering disclosures, timing and simplicity matter. With LiteSpeed, your borrowers get a familiar and frictionless eDisclosure experience, and your loan team can stay laser-focused on processing files in Encompass — no toggling between systems, no added steps.

Thanks to our deep integration with Encompass, LiteSpeed listens for eDisclosure packages sent from your LOS and delivers them to the borrower via our streamlined POS experience.

Familiar POS Experience, Powered by Encompass eSign

LiteSpeed leverages Encompass’s native Docusign eSign experience, exposed through the Consumer Connect framework. This ensures compliance, audit tracking, and LOS integrity — while giving your borrowers a smoother interface they already know from their Needs List.

Here’s how the flow works:

  • Your team sends disclosures directly from Encompass (as usual).

  • LiteSpeed detects the package and adds a task to the borrower's Needs List.

  • Each borrower is directed to their Needs List in LiteSpeed via a branded, fully customizable email notification — no unfamiliar portals or confusing hand-offs.

From there, borrowers can complete steps to setup an account, log in, view, and eSign disclosures just like they would any other document — quickly and securely.

Borrower account setup behavior can vary based on your Encompass configuration — and we’ve accounted for both the old and new setups.

🔐 If You're Using the Older "Auth Code" Setup

We’ve built enhancements in LiteSpeed to help reduce borrower confusion during the account creation process:

  • We highlight the borrower’s email address they need to use when setting up an account.

  • Instead of directing them to the standard login screen (where they might not realize they need to create an account), we route them to the correct account setup page.

  • We make it clear that an account hasn't been created yet — and help guide them through the process quickly.

This helps borrowers avoid unnecessary frustration and reduces support tickets for your team.

🔁 Recommended: "OTP" (One Time Passcode) Setup

If you’re using (or considering) the newer OTP-based eSign setup in Encompass, LiteSpeed makes the experience even better:

  • Encompass automatically creates a username and assigns it to the borrower.

  • Borrowers receive a One Time Passcode via SMS or voice call to verify their identity.

  • They simply create a password — and they’re in.

Effortless Access After Setup

For future eSign requests, once their account is set up, the borrower only needs to remember their password. LiteSpeed will automatically pre-fill the username and guide them to the correct location to complete their eSigning task.
