Does the Borrower get confirmation when the application is submitted?

When the borrower is completing their application, how do they know that their information has been received?

When a borrower completes “Part One” of the application in Encompass, an application file is created.  LenderLogix has enhanced the application submission process in LiteSpeed by providing an automated email confirmation process for the Borrower. 

The email includes confirmation that the application has been received and submitted. Additionally, the email provides a personal Needs List document upload link customized for the borrower. This allows the borrower to upload any additional documents that may be required with their application.

During the Onboarding process, we configure LiteSpeed so that  this email is sent directly from the Loan Officer's email address with your branding and provides additional contact information and details about the process.
