📝 Do I have to manually change the Max LTV and Max Loan Amount?

Loan Officers can adjust the Max LTV as needed but do not need to adjust the Max Loan Amount.

Manual adjustment of the "Max Loan Amount" is not necessary, as QuickQual is designed to work around the "Monthly Payment" and "Available Cash to Close" numbers as the primary approval numbers. Agents and Borrowers will not be able to generate a letter if they exceed those two numbers (predetermined by you).
