Do I get notified when the Borrower completes an application?

How do Loan Officers know when a new application was completed by a borrower?

In LiteSpeed, when a borrower completes "Part One" which includes basic information such as Purchase/Refi, Occupancy Type, Property Type, and Borrower Contact Information, a file is created Encompass® and the loan officer will be notified via email and SMS of the completed application.

To ensure that you receive notifications, check to see that your email and SMS information is up-to-date in your ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass® account. Additionally, be sure that your notifications are enabled in your LiteSpeed account settings. 

To configure SMS notifications, go to your LenderLogix account settings and click on "Notifications." From here, you can toggle SMS notifications for borrower completed applications on or off to receive notifications when borrowers complete part one of the application. 



Be aware that borrowers will receive an automated email confirmation from the loan officer when they submit a completed application. Included in the email is the borrower's document upload link for sending required documents.
