Lenders may have loans that did not start from a LiteSpeed submission but they want to use a Needs List. LiteSpeed now supports creating a Needs List link right from Encompass®.
With your file selected within Encompass, navigate to the "LenderLogix LiteSpeed Needs List" Form in your list of Forms. When you load this form, if a Needs List doesn't exist for this loan you will see a popup asking you if you'd like to create a new Needs List for the loan. Click "Yes" and a new unique link will be generated for this file.
Once the link is generated, you will see it listed at the bottom of the Form and you can easily copy and paste it or email it directly to the borrower - all right from Encompass.
