      📝 Can a borrower send a QuickQual to a Realtor?

      Only Loan Officers can share a QuickQual with a Real Estate Agent.

      Borrowers cannot share QuickQual links with Realtors - only Loan Officers can. This is a great way to build a relationship with Realtors!

      However, the borrower can send the pre-approval letter itself to the Realtor.
