📝 Can a borrower or Realtor ever exceed the limit on Seller Concessions?

Borrowers and Real Estate Agents cannot change the percentage of Seller Concessions approved for the loan.

Based on the loan product you set for the borrower, they cannot increase the percentage of Seller Concessions approved for that loan. Also, the Seller Concessions will never exceed the Prepaids and Closing Costs.
