How it works
1. Adding Task to Complete Verification
Once you have accessed a loan in Encompass, navigate to the Tools menu where you will find an option labeled Workflow Tasks.
Selecting this option will take you to a page displaying all the tasks that are currently active for the loan, along with the option to add a task.
2. Choose the Task
In the upper right corner, you will find a button labeled "Add Task". Click on this button to view a list of available tasks that can be added to the loan. By choosing one of these options, a task will be added to the Borrower's Needs List, prompting them to complete the corresponding verification.
You can also set up Encompass Workflow Rules to automatically add these tasks.
2. Completing the Verification
Once the task has been added to the Borrower's Needs List, they are able to complete the VOIE and/or VOA Verification. The Borrower will be guided through the process of completing the VOIE (Verification of Income and Employment) and/or VOA (Verification of Assets) Verification
3. Findings/Documents
After the Borrower successfully completes their Verification, the Loan Officer and any relevant parties will receive a notification via SMS (if their organization has this feature enabled) and/or email. This notification will confirm that the documents from the Verification have been successfully uploaded to Encompass. These documents can be accessed through the Encompass eFolder or the LenderLogix LiteSpeed App Page.
