Access Your Marketing Toolkit & Updated Way to Send Borrower Video Instructions via Email

Let's walk through two new account features in your LenderLogix account that can enhance your workflow: improved access to your Marketing Toolkit and the QuickQual Borrower Instructional Video for email templates. These features were recently added to streamline access to marketing assets and make sending instructions to your borrowers even easier.

1. Accessing Your QuickQual Marketing Toolkit

The Media Toolkit provides various QuickQual assets you can use to promote QuickQual on social media or guide borrowers. Here’s how to access it:

1. Log into your LenderLogix account.
2. In the navigation menu, scroll down until you see the new item titled Media Toolkit.

3. Click Marketing Toolkit to be directed to a page with the following resources:
   • QuickQual social media graphics
   • Phone mockups
   • A social media guide
   • A QuickQual borrower instruction video
   You can download any of these assets directly from the toolkit page to use integrate into your marketing material.

2. Adding the QuickQual Borrower Instructional Video to Email Templates

Adding the borrower instructional video to your email template is now a breeze! Instead of manually copying and pasting the video link, you can use a variable that automatically inserts the video link for you. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your Profile tab in LenderLogix.

2. Select the Email Template tab.

3. In the email template editor, decide where you'd like to insert the instructional video.

   1. After choosing the location, type your message and insert the variable "QUICKQUAL_VIDEO_LINK"

      1. Example: Here are your QuickQual instructions: QUICKQUAL_VIDEO_LINK

4. Click “Save Email Template” to apply changes.
